Client: Mortenson Construction

The $250 million Center for Advanced Care is a 775,000 square foot, twelve-story building that consolidates surgical procedures. In addition to surgical care, the building is home to the Heart and Vascular Center and the Transplant Center to support care coordination between these three important programs.

• Achieved: 21% MWBE, 19% Minority & Women Workers

Cross designed and implemented the inclusion program for this project, which Froedtert Health then adopted for all  its construction projects, to assure uniformity and consistent inclusion efforts.
