The North End (Phase I, II, III, IV and V)

Client: Mandel Group
The North End is “a neighborhood by design” on 7.5 acres that consists of 650 apartments in five buildings, 40,000 square feet of retail, 850 parking spaces, 40,000 square feet of green roof and an outdoor plaza. The new street and Riverwalk includes sustainable on-site water management through bioswales. The USGBC selected the project to be a LEED-ND® (Neighborhood Development) pilot project. The multiple public funding sources requires the management to different inclusion goals on the same project.
