Client: Gilbane
As a LEED gold-certified building, this $94 million office complex includes the 280,000 square feet corporate headquarters for ManpowerGroup. Reducing the need for energy to light the workspaces, the building has been structured to provide views to 90 percent of work spaces and 75 percent of daylight to the 900 work spaces.
