Kenilworth

Client: WEAS Development, LLC
Originally built in 1914 as a Ford Model T plant, the remodeled building is home to the UWM Peck School of the Arts and provides truly unique living options for upper class undergrads and graduate students. This $40 Million, 500,000 square foot building offers retail along Prospect and Kenilworth Avenues.

Third District Police Station and Data Communications Center

Client: Gilbane
Located at the 49th and Lisbon cross-section, this $30 Million construction of a police station and data communication center houses the communications infrastructure cabling and signal transport equipment for the SONET System Wide Area Network.

West Campus Cogeneration Facility

Client: Madison Gas and Electric
This 42,500 square foot building is a chilled water and electric plant on the UW-Madison West Campus that underwent a $180 million renovation. It generates 1,500 megawatts of electrical power and has a 30,000-gallon water capacity.

Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery Morgridge Institute for Research

Client: Findorff | Mortenson joint venture
This public-private biomedical research institute is one of three entities occupying the $165 million, 300,000 square foot research facility and vivarium in a LEED certified building.

Wisconsin Secure Detention Facility

Client: Hammes | Findorff, Joint Venture
The $42 million construction of the Milwaukee Probation and AODA Facility has a capacity of 1,040 inmates, with the majority of beds designated for adult males (42 beds designated to females).
