Carla brings to the table 23 years of corporate experience and 18 years of supplier and workforce diversity coordination on construction projects. In fact, she started CMSI in 1997 and her research expertise in real estate planning, program development and organizational restructuring is the driving force behind her Milwaukee-based enterprise. In 1999, the U.S. Small Business Administration named Carla the Minority Business Advocate of the Year.
