As Senior Project Manager, Bennie is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning materials and human resources for projects. She establishes procedures to maintain a high level of quality operations, productivity and reliability.

Bennie says… “Though CMSI is located in a small office environment, we have a lot going on within any given day. You’ll find a range of diversity in the work we do, as we’re actually running two businesses: Cross Management Services, Inc. and Cross Development Group, Inc. What I enjoy most is finding employment for people with a strong desire to work. It’s an awesome feeling to facilitate a match between an employer and employee, because I’m helping businesses meet goals and individuals sustain their families.”
