Project Description:

The redevelopment of the historic Boston Store building in downtown Milwaukee involves the transformation of the basement into an underground parking garage, remodeling of the retail space on Floors 1 and 2; remodeling of Floors 3, 4, and 5 for office; construction of luxury apartments on Floors 6, 7, 8 and 9; and repairs and maintenance to the Boston Store Parking Garage.
