Since 1972, the Wisconsin Supplier Development Council (WSDC) Minority Business Enterprise has increased procurement and business opportunities for a variety of minority businesses by ensuring their ability to work in the private sector. WSDC is also a regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
