This $50 million redevelopment of a national landmark, formerly a department store, into the ASQ Headquarters, offices, fitness center, bank and Residence Inn Hotel, connects by a skyway to the Riverside Theater, the Plankinton Building, and the Chase Tower, over the Milwaukee River.
